Exciting News for My Birthday Month

I got some truly exciting news this weekend. My erotic science fiction romance novel, SIREN SINGING, is a finalist in the 2009 Prism Awards! This particular contest, sponsored by the Futuristic, Fantasy & Paranormal chapter of RWA, has become quite prestigious over the years and I'm just elated to have finalled against such strong competition.

The awards are handed out at RWA Nationals convention in Washington, D.C. this year, at an event called The Gathering. I'll list the order of winners here once they've been announced. For more on the contest and the chapter, visit them here.

Another little update, I'm not officially on Twitter. Yes, I gave in. Since finding time to blog and do the other social networks with baby on the loose has proven difficult, I thought I'd give Twitter a try. So far, I'm keeping up :) For you fellow Tweeters, you can find me @IsaboKelly. For those of you who haven't given in to the Twitter phenomenon yet, I will try not to tempt you :)
